Returns and Exchanges

At emergencycare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handmade greeting cards and printed products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@emergencycare.world or through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement item at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
